Terms and Conditions
Eligibility & Scope
These offers (“Festive Coupons / Infestive Coupons”) apply only to bookings made through MyTrava.com (website or app).
Coupons are valid only for confirmed paid bookings.
Festive discounts apply to domestic Indian routes; Infestive discounts apply to international routes.
Only participating airlines and eligible fare classes are included.
Discount Application
“Extra discount” is applied to the base fare (excluding taxes, surcharges, fees) unless otherwise stated.
The extra discount does not apply to ancillary services (e.g. baggage, meals, seat upgrades) unless explicitly offered.
Coupons or discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted by MyTrava.com.
Validity & Booking Deadline
Bookings must be completed (coupon redeemed) by 31 December 2025.
Travel must occur within the travel period defined in the promotional campaign.
Coupons or discounts not redeemed by the booking deadline will expire and cannot be reactivated.
Usage Limits & Restrictions
Each coupon / discount offer is for one booking only, unless otherwise specified.
Coupons are non-transferable, non-encashable, non-exchangeable.
Offers are not valid for group bookings, corporate or bulk bookings unless explicitly allowed.
Seat Availability & Blackout Dates
Discounts are subject to seat availability in eligible fare classes.
Blackout dates may apply on certain peak travel periods where discount cannot be used.
If no eligible seats are available, the discount cannot be honored.
Cancellation, Changes & Refunds
If a booking using the discount is canceled, the discount / coupon will be forfeited and cannot be reused.
Modifications allowed by the airline may incur fees, fare difference, or may void the discount benefit.
Refunds (if any) will follow the airline’s fare rules; the discounted portion may not be refunded unless expressly permitted.
Taxes & Additional Charges
All taxes, service fees, airport charges, fuel surcharges etc. are payable by the passenger—the discount does not cover these unless stated.
Changes in these charges post-booking must be borne by the passenger.
Amendment, Suspension & Termination
MyTrava.com reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the offers at any time without notice.
We may refuse redemption or cancel bookings in case of suspected misuse, fraud or violation of these terms.
Decisions by MyTrava.com management in such cases are final.
Limitation of Liability
MyTrava.com acts as facilitator of the discount; flights, schedules, delays, cancellations are governed by airlines and regulatory authorities.
We are not liable for losses, damages, or extra costs from such events.
Under no circumstances shall MyTrava.com be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law.
Disputes arising from these offers or bookings will be under the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City / State], India (e.g. Delhi).
Severability & Entire Agreement
If any part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, remaining terms will continue in full force.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement regarding these discount offers between you and MyTrava.com.
